Arguably the biggest and most influential festival of African cinema, FESPACO (Festival panafricain du cinéma et de la télévision de Ouagadougou) lands in Burkina Faso’s capital every two years – and transforms the city into a circus of deal-making, relationship-making and film-watching.
Like many international festivals, they are as good at organising information as they ought to be. So in the spirit of international co-operation, we present trailers for (almost) all of the prize-winning films. Many thanks to Shadow and Act for providing the winners’ list.
