In 2014 I joined the BFI Film Audience Network as project manager for the nationwide blockbuster season Sci-Fi: Days of Fear & Wonder.

I coordinated marketing, monitoring, evaluation and project budgets. This involved:

  • managing communication and collaboration between the British Film Institute, nine regional film hubs, and around 200 event producers/venues across the UK
  • creating and sharing briefings, toolkits and templates to enable a consistent approach to project delivery, marketing and evaluation.
  • managing information on 900 events, and working with the BFI to produce press releases, print advertisements and social media activity to promote events running across the UK.
  • coordinating and writing end-of-project reports for the BFI and its partners, which influenced the delivery of subsequent nationwide film seasons.
